Welcome to AMTC. You can book an appointment using the treatment duration, and the individual therapist or add your name to the waitlist. You will be notified by email or text when an appointment becomes available. We will require a credit card on file to book an appointment. We will continue to direct bill to your insurance company for the treatment you receive. The credit card policy was adopted to help decrease the number of no-show appointments and allow other patients to book vacancies. Please note, the fees for services have increased to reflect the increased cost to operate the clinic for 2026. If you have any questions email allistonmassagetherapy@gmail.com We look forward to working with you!!!

I graduated with honours from the Advanced Acupuncture program at Georgian College. I am registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

Acupuncture is my second career, previously I worked within account management and sales at larger corporations but eventually felt that I was ready for a transition.

After having many beneficial experiences throughout my life with acupuncture I knew that it was a healthcare discipline that could improve the health and wellbeing of people, as it had for me.

We treat a variety of concerns such as:

Gastrointestinal Disorders: Acid Reflux, Gastritis, Bloating, Water Retention, Constipation and Diarrhea. Respiratory Issues: Acute Bronchitis, Asthma, Sinusitis, Common Cold, Allergies Mental-Emotional: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Insomnia and sleep issues. Gynecological Concerns: Regulating cycles – could include prolonged cycles or short cycles, painful menstruation and overall PMS. Neurological and Musculoskeletal Disorders: Headache and migraine, Trigeminal neuralgia (TMJ), Peripheral neuropathies, Frozen shoulder, Tennis elbow, Golfers elbow, Sciatica, Low-back pain, Osteoarthritis, Post knee/hip Replacement Recovery and Pain Relief. We treat with a variety of modalities, which include single use filiform needles, tuina/ guasha, electro acupuncture as well as cupping.

Having lived in this community for the majority of my life I am very happy to now be able to assist the people within the community and extend my knowledge and aid in their healthcare and long term wellbeing.

I look forward to meeting you.

“With a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise. Sarah combines clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Her own experiences with injuries as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation, ultimately leading her to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Brock University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Georgian College.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Sarah worked as a physiotherapy assistant, providing movement-based rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions. Sarah approaches each session with a client-centred and evidence-based approach, customizing treatment plans to address individual needs, whether easing chronic tension, assisting in injury recovery, or promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Passionate about empowering clients through education and preventative care, Sarah strives to create a supportive environment where every individual feels heard and actively involved in their wellness journey.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Sarah golfing, reading or hanging out with her family and friends.”

Hi, my name is Erin Blaney. I am a new member of the Alliston Massage Therapy team. My massage therapy training was completed at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and at Sutherland Chan in 2020.

Before becoming an RMT I worked as a licensed hairdresser for 7 years helping my clients look and feel their best. This experience has taught me the importance of dealing with individual clients’ needs, a valuable skill required to work as a successful RMT. In my spare time, I enjoy doing yoga, horseback riding, exercising and playing ball hockey.

Born and raised in New Tecumseth, I am looking forward to working with members of the community, helping you achieve your goals and feeling your absolute best.

Hi, my name is Reannon McGregor, and I am a new member of the Alliston Massage Therapy Centre Team. I graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2023. Before becoming an RMT, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and graduated in 2020. This is where my passion for working in this area of healthcare came to life and eventually led me into massage therapy.

My background in Kinesiology has inspired me to take a functional approach to my treatments. I focus on restoring and optimizing health due to injuries suffered recreationally or from day-to-day life. I believe in using movement to optimize your health and wellness. I am passionate about providing my clients with the best quality care and helping them to achieve their wellness goals.

In my spare time I love being outdoors – hiking, kayaking, beach-going, etc… you name it I’ll try it! I can also be found at the local pilates and yoga studios, curled up with a good book, or spending time with family and friends.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your wellness goals!

I am one of the founders of AMTC. I completed my massage therapy training at CCMH and I have been in practice since 2001. Before I became an RMT, I studied Physical Education at Brock University. The unique program offered at Brock encouraged me to look at and analyze movement from a different perspective. As a result, this has allowed me to work with people of all ages and abilities, to achieve their personal health goals and maintain an active lifestyle.

As a community member, I was a volunteer figure skating coach, for students with special needs in the Tottenham area for 5 years. Our coaching team was fortunate enough to accompany the athletes from our area to the Provincial Games in Owen Sound in 2007. This experience has taught me many valuable skills, but nothing that is more valuable than learning the true meaning of sportsmanship from the athletes themselves.

Most recently, in my career, I joined the part-time faculty team at Georgian College, as an instructor, in the Massage Therapy Program.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you work toward maintaining long-term mobility.
